Kettlebells - A dynamic strength-training workout, which incorporates a huge range of exercises. Ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. Now at Fearnville, Scott Hall and Aireborough leisure centres.
Studio Cycling - is great for developing muscular strength and endurance as well as general health and wellbeing. This class allows people of completely different fitness levels to ride side by side. Sessions now available at Morley, John Smeaton, Rothwell and Fearnville leisure centres.
Les Mill's BODY PUMP TM - now at Rothwell, John Smeaton and Pudsey leisure centres (booking advisable). The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. This workout challenges all your major muscles by using the best weight room exercises.
BODY COMBAT TM classes now at Pudsey, John Smeaton leisure centres and Rothwell leisure centre (booking advisable). This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts. Supported by driving music, you strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Synrgy 360 a circuit based group exercise class. This class is an innovative, effective system which combines the latest techniques and methods using equipment such as cables, kettlebells, battle ropes and resistance bands. This challenging and exciting session will produce maximum results and is suitable for all fitness levels.
