Help to stop smoking

Stopping smoking is the best thing you can do to improve your health and the health of the people around you.

There are a number of ways to quit smoking, but one of the more successful ways is by using NHS support. You are four times more likely to quit by using NHS stop smoking services than going it alone (cold turkey) and it’s completely free of charge.

Leeds NHS Stop Smoking Service
A free service open to anyone who would like to stop smoking.  It’s quick and easy to book an appointment with a Stop Smoking Advisor.
All calls are answered by a member of the Leeds stop smoking team who will tell you about sessions in your local area. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you call us out of hours please leave a message and they will get back to you.

Visit the NHS website for more information on how to order a quit kit.
