The Yeadon Parking Strategy was approved in March, and now forms a framework for future management of parking in the town centre. The final strategy can be seen by clicking on the link below. The initial proposals expected to be progressed are as follows
- Additional parking spaces on Ivegate
- Regulation of parking in the Town Hall Square to prevent parking on Market Day
- Additional disabled spaces in the Town Hall Square or nearby
- Short stay parking regulations for the road outside the Health Centre
Further detailed consultation on associated Traffic Regulation Orders is expected in the summer.
