This report summarises the latest results of the Long Term Monitoring Programme in Leeds. Data are collected annually and a full report is published every 2 years. A shorter report detailing changes in traffic flows is published every other year.
The main report is divided into six sections
Road traffic - Analysis of flows on the Leeds Central Cordon is presented along with data for the district as a whole.
Parking data - information relating to the usage of car parking spaces in Leeds city centre is given in this section.
Pedestrian movements - This section contains information on pedestrian movements in Leeds city centre.
Accident data - information relating to accidents in Leeds district is summarised in this section.
Public transport – information on bus and rail patronage is presented together with data on the use of Leeds Bradford International Airport.
Background information – includes data relating to road lengths, car ownership, and vehicle speeds.
