Traffic Regulation Orders

​A Traffic Regulation Order is a legal document that supports a traffic restriction placed on street - e.g. waiting restrictions, loading restrictions, one way working, banned turns etc.

It can only be made and brought into force by following a defined statutory process under the relevant Road Traffic Regulation Act.

Copies of Traffic Regulation Orders can be obtained by contacting highways@leeds.gov.uk or by filling in the contact us form below.
