The Learning Disability Community Support Service supports over 300 people to live in their own homes or in small group settings through its Supported Living Service. The service supports people to have better lives through the provision of quality housing, care and support services.
We ensure customers have the right support to live as independently as possible at over 90 separate properties within the community. This support might be for just a couple of hours right up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The service is registered through domiciliary Care arrangements with the Care Quality Commission who check whether our service is meeting national standards. Every inspection this year confirms we have met all the required standards. You can read the CQC reports by going to their website in the external links section.
