Housing telephone enquiries

For general enquiries to our Housing Offices please call 0800 188 4000 as a first point of contact (free from landlines and mobiles). You can find your local housing officer and other services here.

Calls are dealt with by our contact centre in Leeds from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please avoid Mondays, if at all possible, to avoid longer waiting times. Call wait times are also longer on the Tuesday that follows a public holiday. 


Lines are open on Saturdays and Sundays for emergency repairs only. If it is not a genuine emergency then you could be charged. To find out what is classed as an emergency please read the Repairs handbook in the Documents section. You can request routine repairs online where our system is available 24 hours a day.

When calling you may be asked security questions for Data Protection purposes.If you are calling on behalf of someone you will need advocacy to do so.

If you wish to make a housing rent payment you can do so online. You will need your tenancy reference number which can be found on your rent statement. ​​
