Giving a compliment to children’s services

Single Image Display

Everybody likes to get a compliment and we’re no exception.  But apart from just knowing that our services and staff are doing well, getting compliments from you can be really useful as they show us what we’re doing that really makes a difference and then we can try to ensure that we do more of that in future.

We’ll always respond to you when you send in a compliment, even if it is just to say thank you.

Frequently asked questions

What is a compliment?

We think of a compliment as anything that you send us where you say that you feel that someone has provided exceptional service. When you think we’ve gone the extra mile. This could come from an individual or a whole service.

Will the person I make a compliment about know about it?

Yes, they will. We’ll make sure that they know about it and that their managers know about it too so they know the good work that they are doing and how it has affected you.
