Monday to Thursday 5pm to 8am
Friday to Monday 4.30pm to 8am
The team cover all bank holidays from 5pm the day before, to 8am the day after the bank holiday.

The Emergency Duty Team deal with adult safeguarding, mental health and child protection emergencies and has to prioritise referrals. Providing the team with as much information as possible helps them to respond more effectively.
They prioritise and work within local and national policy and procedural imperatives to ensure the safety, wellbeing of service users and the department.
The team also meet the local authority's statutory obligations and duties, and work with partner agencies including the police, health and education.
