East Leeds Extension - Have your say

Your input can make a big difference

Letting us know your views means we can plan and deliver ELE and ELOR in ways which reflect the needs and views of the people who live and work in the area as well as people who use the facilities locally.

The ELOR planning application has been submitted and the next round of consultation events are now planned, please come along and share your views on the ELOR planning application and East Leeds Extension, at the following dates and venues:

  • Wellington Hill Residents Association Community Centre, Monday 24th July, 3.30-6.30pm
  • Crossgates Methodist Church Hall, Tuesday 25th July, 3.30-8.00pm
  • Fieldhead Carr Community Centre, Wednesday 26th July, 3.30-8.00pm
  • Scholes Saint Phillips Church, Thursday 27th July, 3.30-8.00pm
  • Swarcliffe Community Centre, Friday 28th July, 3.30-6.030pm
  • Shadwell Library, Saturday 29th July, 10.00am-12.00pm

Many thanks for taking part in the first round of consultation which is now closed.

Throughout the 10 week consultation period, 7 local drop in events were held across 6 different venues which over 300 people attended. Over 20,000 leaflets were distributed to local businesses and residents. The leaflet, consultation documents and questionnaire were made available on this webpage which received 2500 unique visits. Over 250 responses were received which reflect a wide spectrum of views from a range of local stakeholders.
