Booking collections - important information

We are currently experiencing a high volume of bookings for our unwanted item collection service. If you are unable to book an appointment via our online booking system, please do not call as our staff use the same appointments system, so are unable to book an appointment for you. Please retry after the 9th May.

Amending or cancelling your unwanted items collection

Making an amendment to your booking

You can amend the booking up to 6 working days in advance of the collection date.

If you booked your unwanted items collection through your ‘My Leeds’ account and would like to amend or add items to your request, this can also be done through your account. You will need to access the booking and click update request which will lead you to the screen where your collection can be amended or cancelled.

 


Cancelling your booking

You can cancel your collection up to 48 hours before the collection date.

If you booked your unwanted items collection through your ‘My Leeds’ account and would like to cancel your collection, this can be done through your account. You will need to access the booking and click update request which will lead you to the screen where your collection can be cancelled.
