The 9th annual Public Health and Wellbeing Conference for Leeds will take place on Wednesday 11 October 2023 at Leeds Civic Hall on Calverley Street. This is your opportunity to hear about the latest public health evidence and what works, network with colleagues, and celebrate all the great work you are doing in Leeds.
This conference is relevant for anyone who is working to improve health and wellbeing in Leeds – we all have a contribution to make.
A Bridge Over Troubled Waters: Public Health in a “cost of living crisis” is the theme for this year and the event will include:
- speakers including the Director of Public Health for Leeds, and Leeds City Council’s Executive Deputy Member for Public Health; with further speakers to be confirmed nearer the date
- a range of workshops from which to choose
- exhibitor stands from Leeds' health and wellbeing organisations
Refreshments will be provided on arrival and during breaks.
This event is free, but we reserve the right to impose a charge of £30 where delegates do not attend and have not informed us of a cancellation.
If you have not attended one of our conferences before, have a look at the video highlights from last year’s conference below.
