Find statutory declarations made by landowners showing any public rights of way over their land.

Landowners can deposit a statement and map under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 indicating any rights of way over their land and then make a statutory declaration to the effect that no additional rights of way exist.

  4. With reference to 2 above, I John Ogden confirm that there are no additional public ways over the land edged red on the Plan and in the Statement dated fifteenth day of July 2011 and at the present time I have no intention of dedicating any more public rights of way over my property.

    The ways shown coloured green on that map and on the map accompanying this declaration had been dedicated as bridleways.
    No other ways had been dedicated as highways over my (Peter George Frederick Grant's) property.
