A Victorian Christmas at the Mill
Site: Armley Mills
A member of staff or freelancer leads this activity.
When we celebrate Christmas we have the Victorians to thank for many of its joyful festivities and delightful customs. Students will visit the Mill Mangers house and the weavers cottage and learn the difference between how the rich and poor people celebrated Christmas.
Children will have a chance to play Victorian parlour games and play with Victorian toys and carry out craft activities.
