"The Preservative Party has a friendly and enthusiastic social atmosphere!
It has also given me the great opportunity to gain experience within the museum industry, as well as learning transferable skills for my CV."
We are a group of 14-24 year olds who meet every week to do projects with Leeds Museums and Galleries. The group has been going since 2010 and since then we’ve made films, given tours, run events, gone on trips and curated exhibitions.
It’s a great way to meet new people, get involved in something different, and get valuable real world skills for your future.

We are currently working on projects about Protest in Leeds and the Leeds Music scene, look out for our displays at Leeds City Museum in 2017.
