Join Rory's Saturday Club

Join Rory, the Leeds City Museum tiger for regular monthly craft activities at the Museum. Look out for Rory's Saturday Club in our events calendar.

Did you know that you could have a party for your little one here at the Museum?  Leeds City Museum is the perfect venue for your child's party, with a special introductory price of £60.

Aged 2 to 6 years? Book a Tiny Tigers Party

During your party, your dedicated member of our team will take you to explore the Life on Earth Gallery and find Rory the Tiger.  Then it's into our activity room for fun with art materials.  Your children can make a tiger mask or create an animal and make as much mess as they can, while you are safe in the knowledge that we will do the clearing up!  The only thing you need to worry about is remembering to make sure everyone is wearing suitable messy clothing.

Tiny Tiger birthday parties are available Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2:30pm to 4pm and cost £60.

Aged 7 to 11? Then you need the Explorer Party

Our staff will help you explore the museum and discover treasures like the Egyptian mummy.  Then your group will be taken into our Activity Room where they will be led in a craft activity that you choose in advance.  Choose from Animal Masks, African Crafts, or Ancient Egyptian Crafts.

Explorer parties are available Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2:30pm to 4m and cost £60.

Please note: We can take up to 15 children per party and children must be accompanied by a suitable number of adults. Pre-booking is essential. Use the contact form below or call us to find out more or to make a booking.  Children’s party food can be ordered in the Museum Cafe who can be contacted directly on 0113 244 6006.
