Internships
Leeds Museums and Galleries offer internships across a range of topics to current students. Each intern will receive £500 and the duration of the project is 30 days (which can be spread flexibly over several months). Internships are available at various points of the year and are advertised on the University of Leicester website http://www.le.ac.uk/ms/jobs/job_titles_jobid.htm.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot guarantee every applicant a position. If you are not successful with your application you may wish to consider our volunteer programme as an alternative.

Work Experience
We are able to offer a limited amount of work experience placements for under 18s at four points throughout the year. Our work experience programme enables students to gain a taster of all aspects of museum work, shadowing, front of house, building management, curatorial work, conservation and many other areas.
