Tropical World at Roundhay Park is one of Leeds' most popular family attractions. Explore tropical habitats and other exotic places from around the world: including jungle; desert; water and night-time zones.
You can see crocodiles, lemurs, butterflies, bats, snakes and a gorgeous family of meerkats with babies!
Come in out of the cold. At Tropical World, you will always receive a warm welcome.

Work has started on the latest stage of our refurbishment programme. We are open for business as usual but there are new routes to the animal house, and the entrance to the café is via Princes Avenue. Tropical World will close on 15 December 2014 until early new year. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook for information about progress and when we will fully re-open.
You can find Tropical World at Roundhay Park, three miles north of Leeds city centre.
