Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made a minimum of 2 days in advance and paid for at the time of booking
All tickets should be collected in person from the box office in advance (please note box office timings above)
All advanced bookings are strictly on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability at the time of booking
Refunds will only be issued by the box office for advanced bookings where the rink is closed in advance of the session commencing. No refunds will be issued for any unused tickets.
All advanced bookings must be made by an adult (18 years or over)
All family tickets must include a minimum of one parent or family relative aged 18 years or over
All group bookings must be minimum of 8 persons and include of a minimum of two adults (18 years and over)
All children under 8 years old must be accompanied on the ice by an adult at all times
Confirmation of booking signifies an agreement and acceptance by all group members of the Ice Rules which are clearly stated on and all around the rink structure

Families & Groups Advanced bookings are available for families and groups of 8 or more people through the City Centre Box Office in the Carriageworks Theatre on Millennium Square. All pre-booked tickets will be entitled to 'queue jump' in advance of the session start time although be quick to book as only a limited number are available per session. Terms and conditions apply (see below). Family Ticket New for 2008 is the introduction of a family ticket which can be booked in advance for any public skating session. Price: £25.00 (1 adult + 3 children+ or 2 adults + 2 children^) ^ for children 16 yrs and under General Group Bookings The Ice Cube is the perfect venue for all birthday parties, private and corporate group bookings for 8 or more people. Prices: £8.00 Adult, £6.00 Children 12 yrs and under (No concessionary rates apply) Charitable / Community Groups Specially discounted group rates are available to all registered^* charitable organisations, after school clubs and youth groups for 8 or more people. Price: £5.00 per person ^Proof of status will be required upon collection of tickets.
