Ice Rink Tickets
Tickets for all skating sessions are available to purchase online, via the call
centre or from the Event Ticket Office.
Please note only a limited number of tickets are available per skating
session, so to avoid disappointment advanced bookings are recommended.
All tickets are issued on a first come first served basis, subject to
availability at the time of purchase, and are non refundable.
All prices are based on 1 hour skating (1 and a half hours on
extended sessions) and skate hire is FREE. All skaters are advised to arrive
30 minutes before the session starts to allow sufficient time
to get booted up and ready to skate. Click here for

HOW TO BUY

By telephone: call the ticket line on 0843 208 1841 9:30am – 8:00pm Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 8:00pm
Sundays
In person: from the Event Ticket Office on
Millennium Square (in front of Leeds Civic Hall) Open every day during the event
from 30 minutes prior to the start of the first session, to 15 minutes before
the end of the last session.
Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted online and over the telephone.
Cash or cards are accepted at the Event Ticket Office. Corporate/ charity/
community groups can pay by cheque but please click here
for further details.
Please note that we do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards.
Postage / Collection
Tickets purchased via online or telephone can be posted to you for a small
charge (£1.25). If however you purchase them less than 3 days prior to the
session, they must be collected from the Event Ticket Office (details as above).
Please note wherever necessary, proof of status /ID must be shown when requested
at the Ice Cube. Once received please check your tickets to make sure that they
are for the correct date and time, and that you have the correct quantity.
If for any of these reasons the tickets are not what you were expecting, please
contact Quay Tickets as soon as possible on 0843 208 1841
quoting your reference number.
All tickets can be collected from the Event Ticket Office (see details above),
however queuing may be necessary at busy times. Please bring the credit or debit
card used for the booking and the Quay Tickets reference number.
Terms and Conditions
- Tickets purchased less than 3 days prior to the session must be
collected from the Event Ticket Office on site
- If a valid ID card or proof of status is required for your ticket, this must
be shown when requested at the Ice Cube
- All tickets are strictly on a first come, first served basis and subject to
availability at the time of purchase
- All tickets are non refundable
- All tickets must be purchased by an adult (18 yrs or over)
- All family tickets must include a minimum of one parent or family relative
aged 18 yrs or over.
- All children aged 8-12 years must be accompanied at all times at the rink by a
parent or guardian (18 yrs or over)
- All children aged 2-7 years must be accompanied on the ice and at all times by
a parent or guardian (18 yrs or over), and therefore skating/ ticket purchase is
necessary for this adult
- The purchase/holding of an Ice Cube ticket signifies an agreement and
acceptance by all visitors to adhere to the Ice Rules
and any other statements/ directives which are clearly stated within the venue
