Our strategic plans
The Vision for Leeds 2011 to 2030 is the Leeds Sustainable Community Strategy which sets out long term ambition and aspirations for the city.
The City Priority Plans 2011 to 2015 are new city-wide partnership plans which aim to identify the key outcomes and priorities to be delivered by us and our partners over the next four years.
The Council Business Plan 2011 to 2015 is a single plan bringing together all our priorities alongside the medium term financial plan.
Council reports, minutes and agendas
Decisions about local issues and how we deliver services are made by local councillors, or senior officers under councillors' guidance. These decisions are detailed in the minutes, agendas and reports for the meetings of each committee and board.
About Leeds newspaper
About Leeds is our city's civic newspaper produced by us four times a year and distributed to every household in Leeds. The paper covers local, predominantly council related news, which focuses on services, updates and other useful information.

Every year we produce approximately 1400 press releases and media statements. An archive of all our press releases since July 2004 is available from this website.
