Council’s Proposed Main Modifications
Consultation to the remitted part of the Site Allocations Plan took place over a 6 week period from 5 January to 16 February 2021. In total 252 duly made (valid) submissions were received amounting to 447 individual representations. Comments made during the consultation period are with the Planning Inspector for consideration.
Council’s Proposed Main Modifications MM39 (EG2-37 Barrowby Lane, Manston)
Consultation related only to the Proposed Main Modification MM39 (EG2-37 Barrowby Lane, Manston) took place over a 6 week period from 11 May to 22 June 2021. In total 25 duly made (valid) submissions were received. Comments made during the consultation period are with the Planning Inspector for consideration.
Proposed Main Modifications to the SAP Remittal
Consultation to the remitted part of the Site Allocations Plan took place over a 6 week period from 17 December 2021 until 28 January 2022. Comments made during the consultation period are with the Planning Inspector for consideration.
Proposed Further Main Modifications to the SAP Remittal
Consultation to the remitted part of the Site Allocations Plan took place over a 6 week period from 16 December 2022 until 27 January 2023. Comments made during the consultation period are with the Planning Inspector for consideration.
