The Examination webpages, although hosted on the Leeds City Council website are the sole responsibility of the Programme Officer. 

Latest News 
 
Hearing Sessions
Stage 1 will commence at 10am on 24th October until 26th October and deal with matters relating to employment, retail, green space and Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople. 
Stage 2 will commence in February/March 2018 and deal with housing matters, including the release of Green Belt land for housing.
A further round of public consultation on selective modifications only will be carried out December/January prior to
Stage 2 hearing sessions. 
 

The following note Site Allocations Plan Update ​gives an brief overview for the changes that have arisen to the hearing programme and further work to be undertaken by the Council. 

The Plan remains at Examination during this period and the Council will not consider any further site submissions.

Inspector
The Secretary of State has appointed Claire Sherratt DIP URP MRTPI and Louise Gibbons BA Hons MRTPI. CEnv to conduct the examination into the Site Allocations Plan
 
Programme Officer
Helen Wilson is the Programme Officer for the Examination, she is an impartial officer of the Examination and works under the direction of the Inspector.
