There are a range of plans and strategies that set out our priorities and these are produced at different levels depending upon their content. City plans sit at a city-wide level and include various plans that are produced with jointly with our partners across the city. Council plans are more specifically focused on the council and include our contribution to the city-wide plans as well as our more internally focused improvement agenda. Regional plan are those produced at a West Yorkshire or Leeds City Region level for those issues where we join up with partners wider than the city e.g transport planning.
