Another successful Seminar was held on Friday 6th September in the Civic Hall at Leeds. Once again, Cllr Peter Gruen, the Deputy Leader of Leeds City Council and Executive Board Member for Neighbourhoods, Planning and Support Services opened the event. 47 delegates, representing 19 local councils, attended. They received an update on the recent Scrutiny Board Inquiry and a copy of the Presentation, along with the full Scrutiny Report, are available from the download section below.
Four workshops were also held, with each delegate having the opportunity to attend two. The subjects covered Code of Conduct, Social Media, Parish Precepts and Freedom of Information. Copies of all the presentations given are available from the download section.
