There are 16 one stop centres across Leeds where you can get advice on a range of council services.

Our centres work with a variety of partners to bring you the services you need locally and we are accredited with Customer Service Excellence, the government’s standard for excellence in customer services.
What we can help with:
Our customer service officers can help with enquiries about; council tax bills and benefits, housing tenancy issues, benefits for people on a low income, help for older people, disabled people, children and families, and more.
You can also register a birth or death at some of our centres and we can update other relevant agencies if you want us to.
You can also report hate incidents to us rather than at a police station e.g. abuse on the grounds of your disability, faith,sexual identity,transgender or race. We work with West Yorkshire Police, Stop Hate UK, and Yorkshire MESMAC (sexual health project) to help identify where these incidents occur.
We also hold a Customer Services Focus Group which meets annually. The group provides an opportunity for residents to feedback on the services we deliver and how we can improve. We will list when this occurs in our events calendar - watch this space for further updates.
