13/03647/OT - Land at Globe Rd and Water Lane

Outline application to erect mixed use development with hotel, residential A2/A3/A4/A5/B1/D1 uses and car parking. 

13/04862/FU - Former Police Garages and St Michael's College

Demolition of all existing buildings on the site other than the original St. Michael's College building (the 1908 Building).  Refurbishment of and extensions of the 1908 building and development of two new building to provide key worker housing, student accommodation and private market apartments, along with two ground floor commercial units, associated services, facilities and private amenity space. 

13/04584/FU - City Campus

465 student bedroom development comprising two blocks of 16 and 12 storeys and retail use (A1/A3 or A5) of 144sqm.  

13/05566/FU - Otter Island

Erection of 113 dwellings and associated works.

14/00659/FU - New Dock - former Alea Casino

Change of use from casino to Office Use (Class B1) building with ancillary cafe accommodation, and operational development in the form of alterations to the external appearance of the existing building.

12/02571/OT Outline for about 2000 dwellings - East Leeds Extension, Leeds 14
Outline planning application for means of access and residential development, retail, health centre, community centre and primary school development, with associated drainage and landscaping on land between Wetherby Road, Skeltons Lane and York Road, Leeds.   

12/03402/FU 364 dwellings at Grimes Dyke, Whinmoor, Leeds 
Full planning application following granting of outline permission by Secretary of State at appeal.  This was considered at Plans Panel on 14th March 2013 and deferred for the resolution of landscaping issues and the signing of the S106 legal agreement.

13/02190/FU - Erection and installation of an Energy Recovery Facility (using Autoclave and Pyrolysis) and an Anaerobic Digestion Facility, an integrated education/visitor centre, provision of rail freight handling infrastructure and a new industrial link road access to the site via Knowsthorpe Gate, associated parking and landscaping at a site identified on Bridgewater Road, Cross Green, Leeds.
