The East and South East Leeds Town and Local Centre Assessment was completed in May 2009. It advised on a strategy for the future development and network of town and local centres and neighbourhood parades across these areas.
The Assessment is part of the Local Development Framework evidence base, in particular used for the development of the Area Action Plans. It was also used to inform the Leeds City Centre, Town and Local Centres Study (2011).
