Authority Monitoring Report - Local Development Framework

The Localism Act 2011 sets out the requirements for an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR).

The primary purpose is to share the performance and achievements of the planning service with the local community and to identify whether policies are having their intended effects and to identify interventions which may be necessary.

The Authority Monitoring Report monitors the Leeds Local Development Framework (LDF).

This AMR contains details relating to:
•the progress made on documents included in the Local Development Scheme (LDS);
•progress with Neighbourhood Plans;
•the community infrastructure levy;
•monitoring indicators; and
•the availability of a five year housing land supply.

The latest report is the 2016 report.

Previous years' publications can also be downloaded from the documents section below.
