Aire Valley Leeds Area Action Plan Submission Draft

On the 23rd September 2016 Leeds City Council submitted the Aire Valley Leeds Area Action Plan (AVL AAP) to the Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State has appointed an independent Inspector Anne Napier BA(Hons) MRTPI  to examine the policies for soundness under section 20 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Further details are available on the Examination page.
Leeds City Council consulted on the Aire Valley Leeds Area Action Plan Publication Draft in September 2015. The Council is proposing a small number of changes to the Publication Draft which have also been submitted and which, together with the Publication Draft, form the ‘Submission Draft Plan’.
These changes will be subject to consultation, along with any other changes that arise from the Examination in Public.
