There is no public car park. There are four Blue Badge disabled parking bays directly outside the building. The kerb is lowered directly outside the building for wheelchair access.
The nearest bus stop is 100 yards away on Town Street. There are lowered kerbs for wheelchair access.
The building is accessible via automatic doors. The desks are all low level. The building is a ‘Safe Place’ for adults with a learning disability.
The building is on two levels, there is a lift available.
A range of assistive technology hardware and software is available for use on the public computers.
There 2 accessible toilets located on the first floor. They are wheelchair accessible and have baby change facilities.
All support dogs are welcome.
There is an Induction loop available. There is also an Interpreting and British Sign Language service available.
