Rights of Women

Rights of Women provide free confidential legal advice for women on 020 7251 6575.

They have a website with clear legal information: www.rightsofwomen.org.uk and can be emailed at info@row.org.uk.

National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV)

National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) provides a free fast injunction service to survivors of domestic violence and abuse regardless of their financial circumstances race gender or sexual orientation. Freephone 0800 970 2070 or text NCDV 60777 and they will call you back. You can visit their website at www.ncdv.org.uk.

An injunction (non- molestation order) prohibits an abuser from using or threatening violence against you, or harassing, pestering or intimidating you.

NCDV service is free however there may be some associated court fees and costs, which they will explain to you.

They can also assist with Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
