 Sheltered housing

  • Are you aged over 60?
  • Are you looking for support and a secure housing option?
  • Are you looking for a smaller home or want to stay put?
  • Do you want to maintain your independence?

Then sheltered housing in Belle Isle could be just the answer for you!

Sheltered housing provides a supportive environment for older, vulnerable and disabled people in the community. You can stay independent whilst benefiting from support and security.

All 4 schemes in Belle Isle have a communal room, laundry facilities, a communal outdoor area (one of which has a bowling green for residents to the rear) and are supported by 2 full time wardens.

The wardens are available 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to  Friday.

As well as the warden service all of our sheltered accommodation is fitted with an ‘alarm’ connected through to Care Ring which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This acts as an emergency service to call on for urgent help.
