Sheltered Housing schemes provide support for older or vulnerable people (60+ or 55+ with assessed needs) in a safe environment where residents are encouraged to live independently and have the opportunity to join in social activities and events if they wish.
You also have the reassurance of knowing that support is available from your Supported Housing Officers during day time working hours. There is also the peace of mind that Care Ring response call centre is available to respond to you 24 hours a day should you require emergency assistance.
All of our sheltered accommodation units are fitted with an ‘alarm’/emergency call equipment connected through to Care Ring. In an emergency you can contact Care Ring Response Centre who has a team of fully trained response operators who will give all the advice and assistance you need.
This team is available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day 365 days a year; all operators are part of a professionally trained team.
