You can do so over the phone, face-to-face in local housing offices or One Stop Centres, via email , website and digital television or in writing.

- Textphone for deaf and hard of hearing people 0113 222 4410, available 8am - 6pm. Deaf customers with a text phone can access the same services 24/7 by typing 18001 before the 0800 number.

You may see Aire Valley Homes’ purple mobile office in your local area; if you do, pop in and say hello! Coming and speaking to us in our mobile office is another way to share your ideas, suggestions and feedback.
We want to make sure you have the opportunity to access Aire Valley Homes wherever you live, so we try to take the mobile office to as many different locations as possible.
In 2012, we used our mobile office to help us clean up neighbourhoods; we carried out loads of community clear up days across south and south east Leeds; campaign against Hate Crimes, by holding awareness events, and deliver home safety messages, which helped to reduce burglaries. It’s also a regular at the summer galas across the area. Who’d have thought that our mobile office would help us do so much!
