There are three ways you can report a fault.
1. Phone the control desk (0113 2460137) and speak to one of the operators.
- Say where the faulty signals are
- Describe the fault
- Indicate if it is a one-off fault or something seen every day
- If the fault is to do with timings/queues then please give the time of day it occurred and the direction of travel.
- It is helpful if you give contact details so we can get back to you if any further details are required
