Notes
Permits are available for the following car parks, all at a rate of £380 per quarter: Meadow Lane, Hunslet Lane, West Street, Claypit Lane and Woodhouse Lane. A permit for Burley Road is £240 and Kirkstall Road permits cost £200 per quarter. Blue Badge holders can park free of charge in any car park except Woodhouse Lane multi-storey car park.
A pay and display system is in force on all car parks except Woodhouse Lane multi-storey car park, which is operated as a pay on foot (pay as you leave) car park.

Bikers visiting Leeds city centre can now leave their bikes in the utmost security at one of Leeds City Council’s car parks.
These lockers enable motorcyclists not just to leave their valuable bikes, but also have a shelf and hangers to store their leathers, helmet and other gear to allow them to go to work, or visit the city, without having to carry everything around with them.
