Leeds City Council Customer Services
We’ve Done it Again
Leeds City Council’s One Stop Centres and Welfare Rights team were successful in retaining their Customer Service Excellence accreditation following their annual assessment on 28th June 2012. The assessor highlighted how the teams had continued to provide an excellent standard of service to its customers and achieved this over the last 12 months despite pressure on resources and an increase in business as a consequence of the current economic climate. The service has continued to develop and remains fully compliant with an additional two areas of compliance plus. These were awarded for improved services as a result of analysing customer satisfaction and using our customer insight to prioritise service improvements. To quote our assessor: "The service clearly delivers what it says it will across the board and across geographical locations," and "satisfaction continues to be very high despite increased pressure on services’,".
