Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult (16yrs+). One adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children under 8 years old.

Our Bodyline gym is the largest of all the leisure centre's and has an impressive 105 stations of the most up-to-date life fitness equipment. With a range of both cardio and resistance machines.
To use the Bodyline gym you do not have to be a member however we do ask all customers to complete an induction session on their first visit to the gym. The induction session is carried out by a qualified member of staff who will show you exactly how the equipment works and answer your questions. If you’d like some extra support in devising a fitness programme book in with our experts who can help create a programme to meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals. To book an induction please contact the centre.
We also have junior Bodyline gym sessions for 12 to 15 year olds. Please see the opening times below for session times.

Active Life
Various exercise classes every week suitable for the over 50's. Activities including fitness classes, gym, badminton and swimming.

Improve your fitness, increase muscle tone and burn fat.

A type of yoga which is great for posture and flexibility.

multi stationed group exercise class to improve all aspects of fitness.

Aikido
Monday 8.30pm 16 years+
A modern Japanese martial art. The basic principles are to use circular flowing movements, throws and joint locks to redirect an attackers’ force and take them to the ground. Aikido has been adopted by many police forces throughout the world. For more information go to www.whiteroseaikido.com

Badminton
To play on an informal basis bookings can be made seven days in advance or eight days if you have a LeedsCard by ringing the centre reception. Courts must be pre booked to ensure availability.

Bodyline membership
We have a range of Bodyline membership cards to suit everyones needs. Memberships range from Bodyline swim and fitness to the Bodyline Premier which includes the use of all gyms, fitness classes, swimming and squash. There are also special deals including off peak, junior and family cards. Book a facility online
If you have a Leedscard, Breezecard, Bodyline card, induction card or corporate sport pass you can now book leisure centre facilities online. Bookable facilities include squash, badminton, 5-a-side and table tennis. Please click on the link below to take you to the login screen. You will need your card number to make a booking.

Rothwell leisure centre's bar and conference suite are available for functions, parties, weddings and christenings as well as being an ideal spot for meetings. Rothwell is situated close to the M62 and M1.
