Variation Application
The application is to remove the following default condition from the licence:
"NO FACILITIES FOR GAMBLING SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PREMISES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6AM AND NOON OF ANY DAY"
For the avoidance of doubt, this application is to enable the premises to provide facilities for gambling 24 hours a day. This application does not seek to enable the premises to trade on Christmas Day.
