2) Tenlist (last updated 21 November 2008)
The second download available on this page is labelled tenlist.
This document contains a list of events which are due to take place or have just recently taken place under the authorisation of a temporary event notice (TEN) under the Licensing Act 2003.
The list is displayed for information only given that the only agency that can object to a temporary event taking place is the police and their objection is limited to the prevention of crime and disorder licensing objective.
The list is updated on a regular basis. Details about events which have already taken place are removed one week after the event.
3) Personal Licences issued (last updated 14 November 2008)
The third download available on this page is labelled Personal licence register.
This document contains a list of personal licences which have been issued under the Licensing Act 2003. A personal licence allows the holder to authorise sales of alcohol when on a premises which holds a premises licence. The document is organised alphabetically by surname.
4) Licences issued (last updated 14 November
2008)
In addition to the three files above you will also find a list of files in postcode order located along the right hand side of the page. Within each file there is a record of licences which have been issued in that postcode. The documents contain two sections. Section 1 contains a summary of the licences covered in the document ordered alphabetically by premises name. Section 2 contains detailed information about each licence including the date the licence was issued and the licensable activities authorised by the licence. This section is ordered by premises number.
5) Register of licence reviews (last updated 30 October 2008 )
The final download available on this page is labelled Reviews register. This document includes information about premises or club premises which are being reviewed. A licence can be reviewed at any time and the review process forms one of the key safeguards in the licensing act to deal with problem premises. Interested parties such as residents who live in the vicinity of a premises or registered club which is being reviewed may add their own representations to the review process within the timescales detailed in the register. Any representation must be based on one or more of the licensing objectives. For further guidance on making representations see the document 'Guidance for members of the public.pdf'.
