Breeze International Youth Festival will be returning in 2012 from the 30 May to the 10 June so get the dates in your diary!
As usual it will be jam-packed full of events, workshops and performances. The festival with its many partners is proud to commission and present new work by young people for young people and will be working with a group of young volunteers to help programme events.
Breeze International Youth festival is looking for groups to perform during the festival. Either on our stage on Briggate or at the Carriageworks Theatre. Groups need to be between 13-19 years old and able to perform during the festival (30 May to the 10 June).
Performances can be in any artform. Please contact Mo Rowlands (morwenna.rowlands@leeds.gov.uk or 0113 2476419) for an application form. Closing date is 13 December.
Anyone aged 13 to 19 can take part and BIYF, which has worked with over half a million young people providing opportunities to try exciting activities through free taster sessions and workshops
