Masters swimming sessions are coached swimming sessions open to anyone over 18 years of age (under 18 years please speak to the individual leisure centres). The sessions cater for swimmers of all abilities from competitive swimmers and triathletes to people who simply want to maintain or improve their fitness or want to improve their stroke.
Masters swimming sessions are held at the john Charles Aquatics centre, East Leeds, Wetherby, Morley and Otley Chippendale with a coach in attendance at most sessions. There are no monthly or annual training fees. Just turn up for a session and pay.
Please note: This is not a swimming lesson and swimmers should be able to swim constantly for 1 hour.
