Help for 20+ year olds with:

Free information   All adults are entitled to access information on learning and work.  At local nextstep centres you can find information through leaflets, the internet, computer programmes, prospectuses, etc.    

Free advice (subject to eligibility)  Advice sessions are available to anyone with less than 5 GCSEs or equivalent or without a NVQ level 2 qualification.  You will meet with a nextstep adviser who will talk through your options with you and offer unbiased information and advice to help you make informed decisions.

Leeds Careers 
A free careers service for 13-19 year olds in Leeds (and up to age 25 for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities) to help you make informed decisions about jobs, qualifications, courses, and much more.  Follow the link on the right to the Leeds Careers website, which also includes details of job vacancies.  (Also refer to the Connexions West Yorkshire website and Connexions Direct).

Help and advice on job hunting and benefits.  Jobcentre Plus is one of the main advertisers of job vacancies. Details of local offices, information about different types of support for people of working age, and a job search facility, can be found on their website using the link to the right.
