How do I enter the competition?

A submission form needs to be completed for the category you are entering along with a summary document (no more than 1500 words long), telling us about your project. Supporting evidence including photos needs to be provided as part of your entry. If you need any help completing your entry, please contact us.  You can submit entries for projects carried out since November 2008.

Please take lots of pictures of your work, especially before and after.  You can include any work done since November 2008.

W can help you with your scheme, with ideas, by lending you equipment or with help in getting in touch with other people in your area who may want to join in.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide skips but community groups can have a Hippobag delivered and collected for free, subject to availability.  To order a Hippobag you must contact them directly, see the flyer available for download on the right hand side of the screen.

You do not need to enter the competition to borrow equipment from us.
