The Little London Draft Development Framework has been developed following previous consultation with the Little London community by the Neighbourhoods and Housing department of Leeds City Council.
The aim of the document is to promote the regeneration of Little London to make it a more attractive place to live. Leeds City Council has secured a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) for the Little London area. Whilst the PFI will be the main basis for the regeneration of the area, an integrated approach which encourages all funding initiatives and partners is proposed to ensure wider regeneration of the area.
The Little London Draft Development Framework sets out proposals for environmental improvements based on the response received from previous consultation with the community and possible areas for new development to take place.
