Householder Design Guide approved 2nd April 2012
The Householder Design Guide which we consulted on at the end of last year has now been approved and is available from the right of the screen. This guide offers advice to those wishing to extend their houses and encourages good design in all aspects of building and development. It replaces the superseded Residential Design Aid 6 which was withdrawn following the introduction of Planning Policy Statement 1.
