We have a dedicated sustainability, energy and water management team so that sustainability issues are considered from the initial design stages right the way through to the construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the buildings.
We provide sound, professional advice on incorporating energy efficient systems within buildings meeting requirements that will benefit the environment and the end user.
We also provide a similar level of expertise in advising on water issues including rainwater harvesting, sustainable drainage practices and systems, and avoidance of Legionella in hot and cold domestic water systems.
We are able to advice on BREEAM environmental assessment processes, and are licensed by BRE as assessors under the BREEAM for SCHOOLS methodology.
