Category A house in multiple occupation (i.e. bedsit or flatlets)
Category B with 5-6 occupiers house in multiple occupation (over maximum of 3 storeys)

You can download examples of each version of the licence and the conditions from the right hand side of this page.
Please note that these licence examples have been amended to reflect the changes introduced by The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (Additional Provisions) (England) Regulations 2007, which came into force on the 1 October 2007.
If you need further information on which type of licence may apply to your licensable HMO, please contact the Council's HMO team using the contact details on the right hand side of the screen.
