The downloadable file displayed on the right of this screen contains advisory standards for both licensable and non licensable Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMOs).
The standards include amenities levels such as wash basins, bathrooms, WCs, kitchen facilities and space standards including minimum room sizes.
The standards are flexible and adaptable to best suit the circumstances of individual HMOs.
